Merger Transition – Important updates

IMPORTANT: All Greystones members must re-register for online access. Re-registration can only be completed from Monday 22nd of September 2025.

How to Re-Register for Online Banking

1. Get your Core CU Membership Number

Greystones members: First of all you will need your new Core Credit Union membership  number which is your existing Greystones membership number plus 100,000.
Example: 1234 → 101234 and 12345 → 112345.

To find out your new membership number use this simple membership number converter:


A. Register using our Mobile App


  1. Download the CORE CREDIT UNION App from your app store.

  2. On the login/register page, click Register.

  3. Fill out the Member Registration Form and click Register.

Once your registration is approved, you will receive a PIN via SMS. (Please note for security purposes all approvals are performed manually and we aim to have these completed within 24 hours)
Keep this number safe, as it will be required for your first login and may also be requested for certain transactions.

B. Register using our Website

  1. Click the button below to access our online banking.

  2. Then click on the Register link

  3. Complete the Member Registration Form and click Register.

Once your registration is approved, you will receive a PIN via SMS. (Please note for security purposes all approvals are performed manually and we aim to have these completed within 24 hours)
