Changes to CU Online and Mobile App: New Account Payee’s

Online Area-Changes

We have made two changes to the online area and mobile app.

When a new payee is created on your account, online or on the app, you will receive a sms saying it has been created and to contact the credit union if this looks suspicious.

The first payment on a new payee will also need to be approved by the Credit Union. This is only on the first payment, but it may result in a delay on that initial payment.
