Get ready for the Core Credit Union Schools Quiz 2026!
Core Credit Union is encouraging children and schools in the local area to get fighting fit to claim victory in the Core Credit Union Schools Quiz 2026.
All primary schools in the local area are welcome to contact us and register for the 2024 competition. The quiz begins with a knock-out stage at local level, organised by Core Credit Union to take place at Cherrywood Educate Together National School on Monday 23rd February 2026 @ 6pm sharp. There will be some fantastic prizes for the winning teams of 4, who will also progress to the national knockout stages in early March.
Registration for the 2026 Schools Quiz is now open and local schools interested in participating can contact Core Credit Union for entry forms and further information. All local schools have also been notified individually.
Deadline is Thursday 12th February 2026.
Note: Entries are limited and may close early, with places allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
The quiz is divided into two sections:
Competition A: Under 11 – for entrants aged 10 or younger on 31st December 2025
Competition B: under 13 – for entrants aged 12 or younger on 31st December 20254
• STAGE 1 – LOCAL LEVEL
The winning team and 1st runners up team from competition A and B will progress to Stage 2.
• STAGE 2 – NATIONAL LEVEL
CUDA Schools Quiz, 28th February, Midlands Park Hotel, Jessop St, Maryborough, Portlaoise, Co. Laois, R32 KV20.
